Head Weigher

Head weighers are a tool that weighs the head and its contents while being worn on the head. These are primarily used in research settings to examine how weight affects the head and neck or to track a person's weight loss. Our offerings are appropriate for weighing products in slice, roll, or normal shapes, including sugar, salt, seeds, rice, sesame, glutamate, milk powder, coffee, and seasoning powder, among others. Prior to putting products into the packaging line, head weighers combine the contents of many weigh buckets to produce accurate measurements of the products. The bulk product is typically loaded into the scale through the infeed funnel at the top using a bucket elevator or an inclined conveyor.
